What is in the unit — and what we do not promise
Every MKA unit has a kitchen, in-unit washer, private Wi-Fi, Smart TV, hotel linens. Check-in 15:00. Check-out 11:00.
We do not have: a 24-hour hotel desk, breakfast, a gym, pets. The Floor 7 pool is not walk-in — register with the host at least 2 hours ahead (support usually 10:00–16:00).
No fixed desk is not a gap. It is a serviced apartment: the host meets the time you send. Send arrival time + guest count + passport/ID first. Meet at the lobby or the 24-hour 7-Eleven at the foot of the tower — do not wait silently at the gate.
Lifts need an access card. The host gives it at check-in and takes it at check-out. The card only reaches your floor.
The building has cameras in common areas (lobby, corridors, lifts). No cameras inside the apartment. Tower security 24/7.
Airport pickup from Tan Son Nhat: yes, when arranged. Early check-in / late check-out: message — Mai checks the calendar, then replies. No advance promise.
Deposit, cancellation, payment: booking policy. Do not pay an unknown account. Do not ask for door codes before Mai confirms.
Pick the unit by who stays — not by a slogan
Same tower. Different needs. Business, family, couple, international guests, overseas Vietnamese visiting — same rule: people + nights, then the four markers.

How to book so it holds
- Send check-in, check-out, guest count, unit type — /book/ or WhatsApp +84 977 208 007.
- Mai checks the calendar and quotes the unit and rate for those dates.
- Pay only on the channel Mai writes in the official thread (same phone / website). Ignore stray messages.
- Before you arrive: send arrival time + ID. Host meets you at the lobby or 7-Eleven.
