We are a home, not a hotel desk
MKA Summerset Rivergate Residence is a host-direct serviced apartment. There is no fixed private reception and no 24-hour hotel desk. Building security is on duty all day and night. You meet us in the lobby. First visit: the 7-Eleven at the foot of the building is the easy landmark.
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early or late times depend on the calendar. We do not promise them in a listing. Send your arrival time before you land so someone is there to walk you up and give the door PIN.
The apartment is yours for the dates we confirm: a door, a kitchen, a washer, quiet. It is built for two weeks to two months more than for a one-night party.
What is in every apartment
Every unit we rent has a private kitchen or kitchenette, an in-unit washing machine, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and private Wi-Fi. You can cook, wash clothes, and work without asking a front desk for permission.
Studio fits 1–2 guests, open plan, about 26–36 m². A 1-bedroom has a door between the bed and the living space, up to 2 guests. A 2-bedroom sleeps up to 4. A 3-bedroom sleeps up to 6 and the number of those homes is small. Exact layout after we check the dates.
What we will not pretend to have
Other pages on the internet still copy old text onto our name: a gym, a children’s pool, a hair salon, daily hotel housekeeping, room service, a solarium, a free airport bus waiting at the door. Those are not MKA Summerset.
There is no gym. There is no kids’ pool. There is no breakfast included. There is no room service. Housekeeping between guests is normal. Extra cleaning during a long stay is by arrangement, not a maid every morning unless we agree it in writing.
The outdoor pool is on Floor 7. Register with us about two hours ahead. Host help for the pool is typically 10:00–16:00. Building rules apply. Airport pickup can be arranged when you ask. It is not a shuttle that runs on its own.
The rates on this website
These are the reference rates on mkasummerset.com. They are not a locked quote. Weekends and holidays, especially October to December, can be higher. Send your dates and we reply with one number for the stay.

Figures are VND per night. The confirmed quote is the apartment. We do not add a surprise fee at the door.

How to book
Send check-in, check-out, how many guests, and Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom. We check the calendar and reply with one rate. You can start at the booking page any hour. We answer within a few hours, including outside Vietnam business hours.

Is MKA Summerset a hotel?
No. It is a serviced apartment with a host. There is no fixed hotel reception. Building security works 24 hours. You meet the host in the lobby.
Is the building in District 1?
No. The address is District 4, 151–155 Ben Van Don, Khanh Hoi Ward. District 1 is a short ride away. We do not publish a minute-count, because traffic changes it.
Is there a pool and a gym?
There is an outdoor pool on Floor 7. Register about two hours ahead. There is no gym.
Do I pay before I arrive?
For a host-direct stay, the deposit and balance follow the note we send you after the dates are agreed. Do not pay a stranger who only shares the building name. OTA bookings follow that platform’s own payment rules.
What should I send so you can quote?
Check-in date, check-out date, number of guests, and the home you want. If you need a company invoice or an airport pickup, say so in the same message.
